Where is Axel Vodka made?

Axel is a 100% Australian-owned private company, that places emphasis on sourcing locally. Our vodka is sustainably distilled on the South Coast of New South Wales from wheat sourced from the New South Wales wheat belt. Our purified water is sourced from the South Coast of New South Wales also.

We are proud that our vodka is distilled and hand-bottled within less than 100 kilometres of where our bottles are sourced, designed and printed; and that all of these processes take place on Tharawal land, New South Wales, Australia.

Is Axel environmentally aware?

Our vodka is distilled using sustainable practices, and our bottles are recyclable with the use of ‘single-use plastics’ in our packaging kept to a minimum.

Where can I buy Axel Vodka?

Please visit our ‘Shop’ to purchase Axel.

How can I purchase Axel Wholesale?

Please visit our 'Wholesale' page to apply for a wholesale pricing, volumes and limited release products and have Axel delivered directly to your licensed venue or business.

Can I change or cancel my order once I’ve placed it?

If you would like to change your order please email contact@axelvodka.com with your order details as soon as possible and we will try and help. However we may have already it sent it with the courier - unfortunately once your order has been shipped, it’s yours.

Can I order by Telephone?

No, we are a 100% online company.

How do I check my order?

After you place your order we will send you an email with a link so you can track your order. All orders can be tracked via the shipping company website.

Refunds & Returns?

We will accept returns and refund your money if it is returned to us within 7 days of delivery, and unopened and unused. If you would like a refund, please email contact@axelvodka.com to provide reasoning.

What if an item is out of stock?

A message will be displayed on the online shop stating that the item is 'out of stock'. 

What payment methods does Axel Vodka accept?

We accept debit and credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Paypal. We do not accept cash, personal checks, money orders, or cash-on-delivery.

Are there additional charges to pay?

No. Axel Vodka pays all duties and taxes so the amount you pay is the total amount. You will not have to pay the shipping company on delivery.

Who can buy Axel Vodka?

You must be of legal drinking age in your country of residence to purchase from the Axel Vodka online shop. You must also not purchase items with the intention of supplying alcohol to minors (individuals below the legal drinking age in your country of residence) in order to purchase from the Axel Vodka online shop. The purchaser must be able to produce a form of legal identification (current driver's licence or equivalent) in order to accept their delivery from our online shop. Axel Vodka also does not deliver to individuals residing in areas declared as ‘dry or restricted areas’ or deemed to be 'intoxicated' upon delivery. Please see Axel Vodka's Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy for more information. Axel Vodka supports the responsible consumption of alcohol and is a member of DrinkWise.

Where does Axel Vodka deliver?

We deliver to physical addresses, not Locked Bags or PO Boxes.

We deliver anywhere in Australia, except for areas that are classified by the Australian Government as dry zones, and Australian Islands that are classified as being within in International Waters. Please view the list of affected zones below:

How do you ship products?

Axel Vodka uses Sendle for both domestic and international deliveries. Shipping is calculated at the checkout, with all prices in AUD. After you place your order we will send you an email with a link so you can track your order. All orders can be tracked via the shipping company website.

How long will the delivery take?

Please use the Sendle website to track your order.

What are your postage conditions?

We deliver to physical addresses, not Locked Bags or PO Boxes.

As part of our commitment to the responsible sale of Alcohol, you must be able to produce a form of legal identification (current driver's licence or equivalent) and sign for your Axel Vodka delivery in order to receive goods from our online shop. For this reason, please nominate a delivery address that is most suitable for weekday deliveries (ie place of work), if you know that you will not be home during normal business hours. If you are not present to collect your Axel Vodka delivery on the first attempt, your package will either be delivered to a nearby location for collection or a you will receive an email notification to organise a second delivery attempt.

This email notification will include the information required to arrange a redelivery - all you need to do is follow the instructions in the email, or in the card that has been left on the premises. It is important that you book a redelivery within the timeframe stated in the email, or on the card. This is because the parcel will be returned to the sender after the stated timeframe. 

Delivery drivers reserve the right to:

• Not deliver a parcel if they deem it unsafe to do so, and this is at their discretion
• Check for legal identification
• Refuse delivery at any time
