How can I purchase Axel Wholesale?
Please visit our 'Wholesale' page to apply for a wholesale pricing, volumes and limited release products and have Axel delivered directly to your licensed venue or business.

Can I change or cancel my order once I’ve placed it?
If you would like to change your order please email contact@axelvodka.com with your order details as soon as possible and we will try and help. However we may have already it sent it with the courier - unfortunately once your order has been shipped, it’s yours.
Can I order by Telephone?
No, we are a 100% online company.
How do I check my order?
After you place your order we will send you an email with a link so you can track your order. All orders can be tracked via the shipping company website.
Refunds & Returns?
We will accept returns and refund your money if it is returned to us within 7 days of delivery, and unopened and unused. If you would like a refund, please email contact@axelvodka.com to provide reasoning.
What if an item is out of stock?
A message will be displayed on the online shop stating that the item is 'out of stock'.
What payment methods does Axel Vodka accept?
We accept debit and credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Paypal. We do not accept cash, personal checks, money orders, or cash-on-delivery.
Are there additional charges to pay?
No. Axel Vodka pays all duties and taxes so the amount you pay is the total amount. You will not have to pay the shipping company on delivery.
Who can buy Axel Vodka?
You must be of legal drinking age in your country of residence to purchase from the Axel Vodka online shop. You must also not purchase items with the intention of supplying alcohol to minors (individuals below the legal drinking age in your country of residence) in order to purchase from the Axel Vodka online shop. The purchaser must be able to produce a form of legal identification (current driver's licence or equivalent) in order to accept their delivery from our online shop. Axel Vodka also does not deliver to individuals residing in areas declared as ‘dry or restricted areas’ or deemed to be 'intoxicated' upon delivery. Where does Axel Vodka deliver?
We deliver to physical addresses, not Locked Bags or PO Boxes.
We deliver anywhere in Australia, except for areas that are classified by the Australian Government as dry zones, and Australian Islands that are classified as being within in International Waters. Please view the list of affected zones below:
